What information do I need to provide?

You need to provide certain information about your old Rogers account when you terminated it:

(1) Name of the subscriber as it appeared on the account.
(2) The wireless phone number associated with your old Rogers account.

What are the reimbursement options?

(1) Interac – confirmation by email.
(2) Cheque – by mail.

How are the lawyer fees paid?

Lawyers in the case are entitled to a percentage of the amounts recovered by the class action lawsuit. Once the percentage is approved by the Court, the fees are deducted from the total amount.
